Membership in IBA

Organizations, which are owned, headed by Indian origin people, are eligible for Premium Corporate Membership of IBA. Premium Corporate Members will be required to pay Rubles 4000. (Four thousand only) per month as membership fee and will be allowed to nominate ten (10) persons from its own organization but the rights to attend or participate in IBA activities will be with only five (5) individuals from the nominated members. Organization should be separate legal entity and should have its legal existence.

Premium Corporate members are required to submit following documents:

1. Letter from the company asking for membership of IBA.
2. Copy of accreditation or registration of company.
3. Copy of valid identification proof documents i.e. current passport/ visa/ resident permit of individuals, who will be nominated as members.
4. Full legal & factual address of the company and contact numbers.
5. At least first membership payment of IBA membership should be made through own company bank account by transfer to IBA bank account.

Corporate members will be required to pay Rubles 3000 (Three thousand only) per month as membership fee and will be allowed to nominate five persons from its own organisation but the rights to attend or participate in IBA activities will be with only two (2) individuals from the nominated members. Organisation should be separate legal entity and should have its legal existence.

Corporate members are required to submit following documents:

1. Letter from the company asking for membership of IBA.
2. Copy of accreditation or registration of company.
3. Copy of valid identification proof documents i.e. current passport/ visa/ resident permit of individuals, who will be nominated as members.
4. Full legal address of the company and contact numbers.
5. At least first membership payment of IBA membership should be made through own company bank account by transfer to IBA bank account.

Individuals who are holding valid Indian passport/ PIO (Person of Indian origin) card/ OCI (Overseas citizenship of India) are eligible for Individual membership of IBA. Individual members will be required to pay Rubles 3000 (Three Thousand only) per month as membership fee.

Individual members are required to submit following documents:

1. Application from the individual asking for membership of IBA.
2. Full details of the name and address of the company, designation, activities of the company, home address and contact numbers.
3. Copy of current passport and visa or resident permit or PIO card or OCI card.

3. Copy of valid identification proof documents i.e. current passport/ visa/ resident permit of individuals, who will be nominated as members.

Associate Individual Members, holders of non-Indian passport holder/ non-Indian origin are eligible for Associate Individual Membership of IBA. Associate Individual Members will be required to pay Rubles 3000 (Three thousand only) per month as membership fee.

Associate Individual Members are required to submit following documents:

1. Application from the individual asking for membership of IBA.
2. Full details of the name and address of the company, designation, activities of the company, home address and contact numbers.
3. Copy of passport/ visa/ resident permit.

Members holding Indian passport and residing in India can become member of IBA. Members requested to pay their membership fees USD 100.00 per annum. Members will all correspondence from IBA but they do not have any rights to participate at IBA elections or file nomination for any post in IBA.

Correspondence Members are required to submit the following documents:

1. Filled IBA membership application form.
2. Full details of company with supporting documents.
3. Copy of the passport or any legal identity of residence in India.
