Individuals or organizations interested in cooperating with the Indian community, both in Russia and abroad, can become members of the IBA.
Membership of the Partnership is based on the decision of the Governing body members in accordance with the procedure defined by the Charter and the Membership Rules.
There will be 7 (seven) types of Membership of IBA, details are as follows:
Organizations, which are owned, headed by Indian origin people, are eligible for Premium Corporate Membership of IBA. Premium Corporate Members will be required to pay Rubles 4000. (Four thousand only) per month as membership fee and will be allowed to nominate ten (10) persons from its own organization but the rights to attend or participate in IBA activities will be with only five (5) individuals from the nominated members. Organization should be separate legal entity and should have its legal existence.
Premium Corporate members are required to submit following documents:
Organizations, which are owned, headed by Indian origin are eligible for Corporate Membership of IBA. Corporate members will be required to pay Rubles 3000 (Three thousand only) per month as membership fee and will be allowed to nominate five persons from its own organisation but the rights to attend or participate in IBA activities will be with only two (2) individuals from the nominated members. Organisation should be separate legal entity and should have its legal existence.
Corporate members are required to submit following documents:
Individuals who are holding valid Indian passport/ PIO (Person of Indian origin) card/ OCI (Overseas citizenship of India) are eligible for Individual membership of IBA. Individual members will be required to pay Rubles 3000 (Three Thousand only) per month as membership fee.

Premium Associate Corporate Members will be required to pay Rubles 8000 (Eight thousand only) per month as membership fee and will be allowed to nominate ten persons from its own organization but the rights to attend or participate in IBA activities will be with only five individuals from the nominated members. Organization should be separate legal entity and should have its legal existence.

Associate Individual Members, holders of non-Indian passport holder/ non-Indian origin are eligible for Associate Individual Membership of IBA. Associate Individual Members will be required to pay Rubles 3000 (Three thousand only) per month as membership fee.
Associate Individual Members are required to submit following documents:
Members holding Indian passport and residing in India can become member of IBA. Members requested to pay their membership fees USD 100.00 per annum. Members will all correspondence from IBA but they do not have any rights to participate at IBA elections or file nomination for any post in IBA.

All three Premium Associate corporate, associate corporate and Associate individual members do not have the right to vote in the Election of Governing Body Members and Managing Committee members. And also do not have the right to send nomination for such post. However, they can be part of sub-committees formed by Governing Body Members and Managing Committee.
